From the same couple who have been making Rock Rose Gin since 2012.
The name comes from the Norse for stone valley. The 200 year old restored mill is opposite their gin distillery separated only by a beautiful sandy beach looking out to the north atlantic ocean!
The building is made from Caithness stone similar to Boston harbour!! Good stuff clearly. Another right on the doorstep @northcoast500
