“A distillery a day” #132 InchDairnie (Lowland) 2016 @inchdairniedistillery One of only 2 using a hammer mill and mash filter (Teaninich). It helps create a more complex spirit amoungst other things. Most goes into blends for now but there is a single rye and other single grains in the plans. Single malt down the line…. Printed on 240 gram matt heavyweight paper with Epson inks.
