“A distillery a day” #131 Galloway (Lowland) 2017 @craftydistillery A true community distillery with each of the 700 or so founder members club regular tasting and commenting on the “unfinished” spirit before a final malt is decided on and released. Billy & Co. is named in memory of the owner’s father who helped start the distillery. Printed on 230 gram matt heavyweight paper with Epson inks.
